Founder of Club Concierge Europe, Liz Rodriguez is a British citizen, who has resided in Spain for the past 8 years and commutes between London and Marbella.
With 15 years of experience in media and public relations for the entertainment industry and the hospitality and service industry she came to the conclusion quite early on that customer service is crucial and the personal experience counts sometimes even more than the product itself!
A perfectionist by nature and the need to get the job done Liz now implements her skills and values into the day to day operation of Club Concierge Europe and ensures her team always delivers a personalised tailor-made service to all members and V.I.P guests. |
